WHAT IS A PERSONAL CHEF AND A PRIVATE CHEF?
Personal and Private Chefs have very similar jobs. A Personal Chef will provide a range of culinary services to many individuals and businesses; a Private Chef, on the other hand, works for a single family or business. Services include:
- menu planning and recipe development tailored to the client's specific allergies, intolerances, dietary, religious or health needs
- daily/ weekly/ monthly meal preparation; scheduling is tailored to how frequently the client requires the service
- planning and cooking for dinner parties, cocktail parties, special events, event catering, barbecues, picnics and outdoor events
- cooking lessons for individuals or groups, both in-person and virtually
