I had a great time just chatting with the clients, not just about food and thier dinner, but abut them and their lives. It made it a very personal experience. You don't get an experience like that working in the back of a restaurant kitchen.

Chef justin

Up to now, I've only done dinner parties with The Chef Alliance. Did a cocktail party for 8 last night. What a blast! The prep and service was EASY, so I got to chat with the people at the party while I served. Handed out business cards, and have already gotten 1 email asking about a outdoor party next month. Got any more of these??? :)

Best part of being a Personal Chef is meeting new people. One day teh client could be a lawyer, the next day a graphic designer, and another day a teacher. They're all from different backgrounds, but they all love food.  I've learned so much from talking to them. Toronto is such a diverse city - it's great! Keep up the good work in selling those gift cards!
