120 ml good quality olive oil
3 large eggs
60g cocoa powder
150g self-raising flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 splash, vanilla essence
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C. Whisk eggs.
2. Add remaining ingredients until fully combined.
3. Pour into a greased and lined cake tin.
4. Bake for 45 mins. remove from tin and allow to cook before garnishing with preferred topping.
